Fulham left winger Luis Boa Morte could be back for the Everton game this weekend.
The Portugal star sustained the Cheekbone injury in the draw versus Tottenham. And has been out for around five weeks since.
He has been training with the team for the last few days and is hoping to get a game at the weekend.
‘I’ve found it difficult to watch recently because I always want to be on the pitch playing,’ Boa Morte commented on the Fulham club’s website. ‘But I have been training one on one with our fitness coach. We now have to start building for the Everton game.
‘I had a broken cheekbone which required surgery and it was a straight five weeks out. My surgeon told me I’d be out for at least four weeks and having a facial injury was a new thing for me.
‘After 10 days I was able to train again and last Monday I joined full training after five weeks.’
Would having Boa Morte back, make a diffeerence to the team???
