Tonight there is a real desire to watch England, a real desire to become involved in international football instead of viewing it as nothing more than a domestic league hazard.

The reason being not to see how the side are greeted by a Wembley crowd many are tipping to be very anti towards the side but because common sense has prevailed and our very own Bobby Zamora will be starting and making his England debut.

Zamora is expected to be picked to play alongside Wayne Rooney as Fabio Capello kick-starts his preparations for the European Championship qualifiers with a friendly against Hungary.

A full England debut has been a long time coming for our star striker and ahead of the clash Bobby spoke to the media about the situation, revealing,

“It`s funny because I grew up playing with John (Terry), Ledley (King) and Paul (Konchesky) – they have all gone on to play for England although, in my eyes, there is no major difference between us.”

“I never reached the stage where I thought I wasn`t going to make it; I`m not a deep thinker about these things. But now the opportunity has come along, I want to grab it with both hands.”

Just strut your stuff, remain confident and finish any chances that fall your way with the usual aplomb Bobby and you`ll be fine and any memories of the time you considered playing for Trinidad and Tobago will be banished
