For the second consecutive Friday evening, Fulham take centre-stage live on Sky Sports when they welcome Sunderland to Craven Cottage.

The faithful Craven Cottage support are hoping that their side can get the win this evening and see them leap-frog Cardiff City to claim, for the moment, that second automatic promotion place in the Championship.

If Fulham can beat a Sunderland side who are already relegated, it will put pressure on Cardiff not to slip up when the travel to the KCOM Stadium to take on Hull City, on Saturday.

With the lick-off looming large and the expectation levels climbing we’re now able to bring you the Fulham team-sheet to peruse:

Already relegated, Sunderland will join the small band of clubs who, eerily, have suffered consecutive relegations from the top two flights of English football and finished bottom in each season.

Wolverhampton Wanderers managed that feat back in the 1983 /1984 and 1984 / 1985 seasons whilst the only other club to also suffer such a fate are Fulham, back in the 1967 / 1968 and 1968 / 1969 seasons.
