Fulham v Manchester United – Premier League – Early Team-News Revealed

|

Time is not on our side as far as escaping the clutches of relegation this season.

Thirteen games remain but several of those are against sides that football pundits wouldn’t expect us to beat.

The word ‘miracle’ springs to mind.

This Saturday, in the lunch-time kick-off, broadcast live by Sky Sports, Manchester United provide the opposition.

Ahead of the game, we are able to bring you a snippet of very early team-news.

It would appear that Fulham will be able to call upon the services of Andre Schurrle and Cyrus Christie, both of whom have recovered from knocks picked up in previous games.

However, Timothy Fosu-Mensah is unable to play as the rules forbid loan players playing against their parent club.

Surprisingly, our deadline day January transfer window signings, Lazar Markovic and Havard Nordtveit, are not expecting to start, although both could feature on the bench.

And there was I thinking the transfer window would be used to bring in players that could save our Premier League skins, not be just bench-warmers.

But, what do I know?
