With the prospect of picking up a fine for the late postponement of the fixture with Blackburn Rovers, on Saturday, the Craven Cottage bosses are looking at installing undersoil heating.

According to reports, the late postponement cost Fulham in the region of £100,000

Personally, and I must admit to apparently being wrong, I was quite sure undersoil heating was a pre-requisite of admission to the Premier League!

Rule 127 I believe!

  • Rob Styles reckoned most of the pitch was okay but he was worried it would freeze as the game progressed!

  • I thought it was a requirement, but all that is needed is adequate measures or some other vague terminology which includes the hot air cover which I believe we use.
