After having had a, reported, bid of £1.3 million rejected, Roy Hodgson looks to be prepared to up his bid.

The Swedish defender, currently playing with Rosenborg, could now be the subject of a bid in the region of £1.5 million as Roy looks to recruit a right back after not retaining the services of Paul Stalteri.

At just twenty-four years of age, Stoor looks to be a good buy, fingers crossed everyone!

  • i know its a repetative comment but why not volzy?! i think he offended roy’s mother, he is a funny bloke!

  • Roy simple doesn’t rate him! He likes players that can retain posession and Volzy struggles with that.

  • He simply has to be an improvement on Stalteri, doesn’t he? And isn’t Craven Cottage becoming a bit of a haven for the Scandinavians?

  • I would have kept the faith with Volz, great player, fact that it looks like he is leaving the club is a real shame. Be nice to get a quality right back in as I didn’t particularly rate Stalteri.

  • I think there’s room for improvement, but I never had any concern with Volz on the right and Boca on the left.
