Jetting off to Portugal for a mid-season break and getting a few of the sun`s rays on their backs, the squad had to suffer a gut-wrenching moment on their return.
Apparently, the aircraft they were flying on had an undercarriage malfunction departing the Portuguese airfield and had to divert.
Needless to say some of the passengers were a little nervous about the problem and we understand the squad will be taking the train up to Manchester this weekend, however, it`s business as usual afterwards with the squad booked to fly back to London after the game, white and very tight knuckles for some we anticipate!
