Running this site can give me some sleepless nights.
I`m perfectly aware that one wrong sentence, or even one wrong word can upset the legal apple-cart.
I`m also perfectly aware that my financial status will not support a hefty court battle to prove a point.
Therefore whilst I`d just love to rip into that Michael Jackson statue I have to err on the side of caution and not run the risk of upsetting Mr Fayed.
But whilst I`m prepared to sit on the fence I`m sure you have your own views on the subject, now that it has been unveiled.
Even more so after Mr Al Fayed let rip at all those who have not exactly approved of the statue with our owner commenting,
“Fulham fans will love it. If some stupid fans don`t understand and appreciate such a gift they can go to hell.”
“I don`t want them to be fans. If they don`t understand and don`t believe in things I believe in then they can go to Chelsea, they can go anywhere else.”
“People will queue to come and visit it from all over the UK and it is something that I and everybody else should be proud of.”
Like I said, I`m sitting on the fence.
But as for you, I`d welcome your views.
