Ahead of the trip south of the river to take on Millwall, in the Carabao Cup, we, via our poll facility, asked you to predict the outcome of what we perceived to be a very tricky tie.
In our poll, we gave you two options to choose from:
• Millwall to go through
• Or Fulham to go through
With there being no option of a replay, it really was a choice of sticking your head above the parapet and opting for one team or the other.
Looking at the result, we can reveal that 67% of you, despite being aware that Slavisa Jokanovic would be fielding a weakened starting eleven, were of the opinion that it would be the name of Fulham that would be in the draw for the 4th round of the competition.
As for the other 33%, they obviously thought Fulham wouldn’t have the bottle for a scrap down in South East London and that Millwall would go through.
Thankfully, although Jokanovic made ten changes to the eleven that started against Watford on Saturday, our squad was good enough to produce a performance that saw us win 3-1.
Therefore, we salute the 67% who got it right.
