Fulham Striker Set To Head For Warmer Climes

|

The last time, here at Vital Fulham, we discussed the future of our Serbian striker Aleksander Mitrovic, we hinted that the striker might be suited to a move across London.

Our article, Click Here, discussed the option of a move to West Ham United.

Today, it would appear that the East London club will not be Mitrovic’s next club.

According to the red-top publication, the Daily Star, Spain could very well be his next destination with our referenced source reporting that Real Betis have leapt ahead of West Ham United when it comes to securing a deal.

Last season, Mitrovic, as Fulham tried in vain to retain their Premier League status, scored 11 goals in the Premier League and our quoted source implying that Fulham want £30 million for the striker.

Hopefully, and sadly having to accept that Mitrovic won’t remain a Fulham player next season, we can get the deal across the line and then use the transfer money to allow Scott Parker to bring in the kind of players we need to mount a promotion challenge.
