Yesterday we ran an article whereby it was implied that Derby County wanted to extend the loan period of our Swedish right back Fredrik Stoor.
Well ‘The Rams` have gotten their wish.
Stoor has signed on for another two months at Pride Park, this despite interest from other clubs.
The Derby manager, Nigel Clough, is understandably delighted and is quoted as remarking,
‘It is a compliment that Freddie wants to stay.’
But the devil in me can`t help thinking the two month extension puts Stoor bang in the shop window come the next transfer window opening in January.
We predict a sale!
