Seeing as he has established himself as Plymouth’s No.1 ‘keeper during his loan spell, I have noticed our young shot-stopper has been making a few headlines lately.
During their loss at Scunthorpe on Saturday, he was highlighted as Man of the Match in a fair few newspapers and his performance commented upon during Sky Sports News’ Championship round up.
To then top this off, Stockdale then picked up a clean sheet in a 2-0 away win to Ipswich.
Anyone else starting to get the feeling he might just well be able to challenge Mark Schwarzer for that No.1 jersey next season and perhaps be our regular keeper in the longer run?
