We`ve kept a keen eye on young David Stockdales` loan at Plymouth Argyle.
After eating a large slice of humble pie for daring to question the reasoning behind the loan spell we`ve watched on as David has carved out quite a reputation playing for Plymouth.
Unfortunately, on Saturday, that reputation took a bit of a dent when he committed a howler!
With his side playing away to Sheffield United and seemingly on the verge of rescuing a point after coming back from 3-0 down to 3-2, Stockdale did something I guarantee he`ll never do again.
After safely collecting the ball, he casually dropped it on the ground ready to clear it but neglecting to check there was nobody around.
Unfortunately for David, a certain Richard Cresswell was lurking and nipped in to restore daylight in the score, in a game Plymouth eventually lost 4-2.
Doh!
