With Clint Dempsey netting his tenth of the season, Mark Hughes has a belief that we should have won on the road at Villa Park yesterday.
Obviously referring to the late stop produced by Brad Freidel, from Andrew Johnson, Hughes had this to say about Clint hitting double-figures for the season and the possibility it was two points lost rather than one gained,
“That is 10 for the season – the most he has got.”
“I think the point was the least we deserved. In fact, we could have won it.”
