Fulham Set To Increase Bid For Belgian International Defender

|

As we edge towards the closure of the summer transfer window, a window in which Fulham Football Club have done some very good business, it’ll be interesting if any other players can be added to the squad before the summer transfer business concludes.

Today, the inference is given by the new source, the Daily Mail that Fulham could revisit an old target in the hope that a deal can be done.

The target in question being the Celtic defender, Dedryk Boyata.

According to our source, Fulham had a bid, said to be of the magnitude of £9 million rejected this summer, however, the club are set to increase that bid to £12 million in order to try and seal a deal.

Celtic though are reluctant to sell but our referenced source is of the opinion that the player wants to move to the Premier League.

With so little time left before the transfer window slams shut, it’ll take some hard negotiating to push this deal through and considering Celtic’s reluctance to see, this could be a case of one who got away.

But, then again, we could be wrong!

Here at Vital Fulham, we’ll keep an eye out for any further developments and report back as deemed appropriate.
