I never thought I`d see the day when little old Fulham would be able to resist the overtures of Arsenal Football Club.
But that day appears to have come!
Arsenal`s interest in Mark Schwarzer has been confirmed as more than just being a rumour with the Arsenal chairman, Peter Hill-Wood, quoted in the press as having remarked,
“We certainly have made an enquiry for Schwarzer and Fulham are not prepared to sell him, so we have gone away.”
David slays Goliath again – well sort of!
