The international scene, as far as England goes, hasn`t, in recent years, held much interest for Fulham supporters.
Representation at full England level isn`t something we`re widely acknowledged as participating in.
But it could have been all so different tonight!
If injuries hadn`t have affected Bobby Zamora and David Stockdale then we`d have all been huddled around the television set trying to catch a glimpse of the pair on the bench or even anticipating an introduction of one, or both, instead it once again remains something of a non-event or a bit like playing gooseberry!
