Fulham – Nevland on Survival

Two great results in the last two games have seen us climb clear of the bottom half of the table.

But, the potential to slide back down very quickly remains with the Premier League being somewhat unique this season.

We may be ninth but we`re in fact only six points ahead of the bottom team West Brom.

Naturally, after our flirtation with disaster last season, our priority is to secure safety as soon as possible, hopefully, this may will not be a repeat of last May, my nerves wouldn`t stand it.

Erik Nevland, who has seen very little first team action this season, has spoken to Sky Sports News about the situation remarking,

‘I think there are about 10, 11 or 12 teams that are going to be worried about relegation and we are one of them.’

‘We just have to work hard every week and try to get results.”

‘Hopefully we can start winning away as well and then we will be okay, but you are not safe until the last day I think.’

If that`s so Erik, can we please try and make it until the second from last game, it`d be so much better for my nerves.
