After limping off during the 2-0 victory over Hull City on Monday evening, it appears that Fulham will have to do without their captain for three weeks.
Murphy, an influential part of our midfield had had a scan on his knee injury and it is expected he`ll be sidelined until the latter part of November.
Whilst accepting it is a blow for Roy Hodgson`s side, it does give Jonathan Greening the opportunity to show why Roy Hodgson was so keen to sign him.
