Could Alan Curbishley be out of the running for the vacant Fulham job?

It would appear so as the Evening Standard tonight carries a couple of interesting quotes from the former Charlton and West Ham manager.

Much has been said of a supposed short list for the job and Curbishley, speaking to the reference paper, is quoted as having said,

‘I was told I was on the shortlist but that there were a couple of people ahead of me, so I knew that was going nowhere.’

So is Sven Goran Eriksson the man in the frame and if so, who is the other?
