Fulham – Latest on Bellamy!
If the newspapers are correct, it looks like we`re chasing Craig Bellamy with serious intent.
Yesterday one tabloid carried the inference that Mark Hughes had persuaded Bellamy that Fulham would be a better destination that Spurs and today one of his Welsh international colleagues, Simon Davies, has had his say on acquiring the fiery character, remarking,
“Craig Bellamy is a top player and would be a great addition. I`m sure he would do well but it is speculation at the moment so we won`t get too excited yet. If the manager can pull it off, I`m sure he will try.”
It may only be speculation but the saying no smoke without fire springs to mind!
