In times when rising fuel prices are eroding away what little spare cash we have in our pockets, treats are becoming a rarity.
Indeed, with many Premier League clubs raising season ticket prices trying to extract a few more pound out of those who have already poured thousands into their clubs, its great to see West London taking a lead.
Our friends down at Stamford Bridge, who often receive so much bad publicity (much of it deserved) need to be congratulated on holding season ticket prices the same for the third successive season.
However, we should point out that watching football at Stamford Bridge, if you are a youngster from the borough is still extraordinarily expensive. Therefore we`d like to urge all those of a tender age in our borough to contemplate coming to Craven Cottage to support a club that has a homely feel about it.
Indeed, whilst we praised those at Stamford Bridge for their prize freeze we`ll cheer to the rafters our very own club for fixing the price of a Junior Season Ticket at £155 or in common terms, a little over £8 a game!
