News broke yesterday that a young Fulham goalkeeper has put pen-to-paper on an extended contract deal.

Although the keeper is out on loan, it appears it is definitely not a case of out of sight out of mind.

The young goalkeeper in question is Marek Rodak.

Rodak, joined Fulham from MFK Kosice in the summer of 2013 after a successful trial at Fulham Football Club.

The 21-year-old spent time, on-loan, at Accrington last season and has been out on-loan with the League One side, Rotherham United, this season, for whom he has made twenty appearances.

When it comes to his Fulham career, the Slovakian made his debut in the EFL Cup back in August.

Returning to the gist of the article though, we can confirm that Rodak has signed a contract extension that extends his stay with the club until the summer of 2020.
