We go out and recruit a classy operative, in John Arne Riise, only for the Norwegian to pick up a bad injury.
Riise, in his first season with Fulham, limped away form the action in the Ukraine last night with what has been described by Martin Jol as a bad leg injury.
Talking about the situation, to the media afterwards, Jol continued,
“He will be out for some time.”
“Riise has a serious problem with his leg – that`s why I substituted him.”
We await any news on the exact nature of the problem.
