It`s one of those mornings whereby I`m tired, probably not the best way to start a new week or even a new month but I have to admit that the last one wasn`t too bad was it?

When was the last time Fulham Football Club participated in three competitions and emerged unbeaten?

Okay, the 0-0 draw up at the ‘Stadium of Light` wasn`t he best way, entertainment wise, to finish the month on but as many have pointed out, it was another point gained in the quest to ensure Premier League football for next season.

After the game Roy Hodgson spoke about the fixture, commenting,

“It was a good point. The quality of it is exaggerated after our exertions in midweek.”

“I did fear for this game because we got back so late on Friday morning. I thought it could take its toll but we defended well, used the ball well, but didn`t do enough with the possession.”

“I wish February would last for ever! We have a quarter-final of the FA Cup and we are delighted to come so far in it. We have 38 points, 10 games left and have not got the sword of Damocles hanging over us that the cup will affect us.”

“It looks like we will have another year in the Premier League. The aim is to keep that run in the top flight going.”

Glad to see we`ve got our priorities right!

I wonder what the month of March holds for us!

Anyone care to predict?

  • We can defeat Spurs at Craven Cottage; of that I have no doubt. I don’t hold out the same hope if we had to travel to WHL. Juventus is looking ragged at the moment. I think we can win at Craven Cottage. Not sure about the match in Turin. Regarding the League, I’m not expecting much from Old Trafford, but wouldn’t that be something if we pulled the double over United. Man City doesn’t travel well, so I could see three points, though one point is more likely. Even with our away form, we should defeat Hull. So, it might be another banner month for the Cottagers! Famous last words.

  • the only thing hanging over us is to be dropped from both cup competitions in the span of two and a half weeks… and as it stands right now, we’re not looking that great at pipping 7th again this year… so our wonderful season could come crashing to a halt this month… but i have faith we’ll progress in one of the cups… and we NEED to beat hull away… just for me…

  • This has been yet another remarkable season, even if it all blows up and we get dumped out of both cups in March, Roy and the team hve done an amazing job this year!

  • the show will roll on me thinks get pants kon and demps back and same plan win at home draw away 7th place we will stay
