I’ve never been one to get to actively involved in the social media network sites, however, as the editor of Vital Fulham I do find that, sometimes, they can be the source of some pretty decent material.

As we wait for the new season to arrive, a season we’ve every reason to have high expectations for having seen the club bring some exciting talent to the club, I’m wondering just how high up the Premier League table we can finish.

Personally, I’d settle for a top twelve finish in our first season back in the top-flight of English football.

However, with the services of Jean Michael Seri, Aleksandar Mitrovic, Andre Schurrle, Fabri and Maxime Le Marchand all secured it seems that our player acquisitions has prompted somebody to leave the following comment on Twitter:

It certainly made me chuckle, how about you?

Please feel free to leave your opinions on the above subject matter, especially where we’ll finish this coming season, in the comments facility beneath this article.

  • Good luck Fulham. Jokanovic has made some shrewd signings and that alongside the talent already at the club should ensurethey consolidate this season and hopefully can go forward from there.

  • Would be pleased with mid table ,this is going to be a hard season, all gone quite on the Laws in deal have they found out something in the medical about his knee op.?

  • It’ll not be easy, wiith so many new players it may take a while for some to settle in. Certainly going in the right direction with the quality of signings.I don’t see us scrapping for survival but with mid table places always being so close I predict we will finish anywhere between 9th and 14th

  • With all respect combined money spent so far is the total price of Liverpool’s new goalkeeper or Man U’s Fred individually and less than their new centre half last season alone. Our Chairman is so wealthy he could actually spend 100’s of £mns and would not effect him personally if he felt so inclined. So stupid comments.

  • Looks like the Tweeter is an Arsenal fan, wouldn’t pay much attention to those morons. Arsenal fans are forever moaning and whining like little babies, their hypocrisy knows no bounds just like all the other old elite clubs around them. All have cried about Manchester City buying the league including most recently Chelsea fans accusing Manchester City of buying the league. Every one of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Man United have been buying leagues and trophies since day one of them all gaining sugar daddies.

  • as i pointed yesterday to a Liverpool supporter yesterday, their club was built on the Littlewood empire which of course ran the ‘Pools’ which everyone used to play every Saturday. Without these resources no club could ever really build. Now it is may be our turn?

  • Beat me to it CiTyBlUe, I concur. I’ve said for years, it would be cheaper to have the trophies manufactured!
Hopefully, watch us go this season and I don’t mean down. ” C.O.Y.W’s.”
