We`ve previously mentioned, at least a couple of times that Fulham have been linked with the Hearts central defender, Berra.

Well, with the transfer window open it looks like there may well be about to be some activity.

Barra has indicated that he would like to play in the English Premier League and his agent has, reportedly, been instructed to orchestrate a move.

When asked about the player, Roy Hodgson has been quoted as saying,

“Berra is a good player and everyone knows about him ? but a lot could depend on what is the asking price.”

Well according to sources today, that price could well be somewhere in the range of anywhere between £2.5 million and £3 million.

Naturally, Fulham will have rivals for his signature with Everton also expressing an interest although we believe Hearts have rebuked an initial offer from Goodison whereby they requested the player spend the rest of the season on loan there.

So, with the green light apparently on, do you believe Berra would be an attractive proposition, for Fulham, at £3 million?
