On the eve of the FA Cup quarter-final replay, Clint Dempsey has spoken about how it`s essential we don`t rest on our laurels with just a semi-final place (if we beat Spurs) but press on, when he remarks,
“It would be good to reach the FA Cup semi-final but we want to do more than just that.”
“You don`t want to get one step closer to the final and not go all the way. If you want to do something special in your career this is the opportunity to do it.”
“Hopefully we can take advantage of the opportunities we have.”
