I`ve noticed over the last few months just how many of the visitors to this site feel that Collins John should be given another chance.
The youngster, who burst onto the scene, spent loan spells at Leicester and Watford last season and with the arrival of Bobby Zamora and Andrew Johnson must be feeling that his Fulham days are well and truly numbered, especially with another Roy Hodgson signing, Erik Nevland, also ahead of him in the pecking order.
Therefore, I`d be prepared to bet a few quid that, despite your wishes, Collins John will not be a Fulham player for much longer. The latest rumours suggest that Collins could be a target for Neil Warnock at Crystal Palace.
Palace have got off to a strange start this season failing to score. Up front, Warnock, after selling Clinton Morrison, his squad is a little threadbare and he`s looking to recruit.
In doing so, he`s admitted he`s considering a move for Collins John but he has some reservations after admitting,
“We are interested in Collins John, but we want to watch him in a reserve game first.”
Now that`s what we call playing under a little pressure!
