After, reportedly, being offered to West Bromwich Albion as part of a proposed deal that would have seen Jonathan Greening arrive at Craven Cottage, Hameur Bouazza has grand plans for his future.
The winger/striker who went out on loan to both Charlton Athletic and Birmingham City last season, could well be set for a move to French football.
The grapevine is alive with the implication that Ligue 1 sides Paris St Germain and Lille are both keen to sign the player.
Naturally, Bouazza remains optimistic about a deal and is quoted as remarking to the media,
‘I want to play first-team football and to play in France would be fantastic`’
‘My ambition, though, is to play first-team football wherever I am – either in England or in France.’
‘I do want to play at the highest level.’
‘I believe I have the quality to play at the top level.’
Fine sentiments expressed by the lad but we`re of the opinion that Bouazza isn`t quite at the standard he believes he is!
