Fulham Add Exciting Young Striker To Their Squad

|

One signing, as I concentrated on the day job, that almost slipped under the radar, was that of a new striker.

With the club looking to bolster the squad whilst also, possibly, increasing their striker options, Fulham have moved quickly to sign Martell Taylor Crossdale.

Taylor-Crossdale, according to The BBC, joined the club, on a two-year deal, after being released by our near-neighbours, Chelsea.

The 19-year-old, one of the numerous youngsters that fail to make the jump from youth to first-team football, at Stamford Bridge, arrives in our neck of the woods with quite a pedigree.

Taylor-Crossdale was part of the England U18 side that won the prestigious Toulon tournament back in 2017.

Whilst we don’t expect Taylor-Crossdale to force his way into the starting eleven immediately, his presence should put pressure on those who Parker does start with to do well whilst also giving Scott another option from the bench, if need be.

Here at Vital Fulham, we’d like to officially welcome Martell Taylor-Crossdale to Fulham Football Club, we hope his stay is a productive and successful one.
