Striker Diomansy Kamara earned Fulham a relegation lifeline with his two-goal blast at Manchester City to claim the plaudits in the Actim Index, the official player ratings system of the Barclays Premier League.

Kamara earned 40 points for his heroics at Eastlands, the second-best score for a striker this week, to help him climb 46 places to 220th overall.

Midfielder Danny Murphy was also in the points, his goal and two assists helping him score 47 – the best for a midfielder over the week.

Murphy leapt 40 places into 137th, improving his individual match average to eight points per game.
