I’m bored at the moment and looking at the current poll, my thoughts turned to our upcoming match against FK Vetra. I know nothing about our opponents but I wondered what our team would look like in our first official game of the season.
Looking at Roy’s pre-season selections and the lack of match time for some players, I can see Roy naming a slightly different side to last season. I think he will go with:
Schwarzer, Pantsil, Hughes, Hangeland, Konchesky, Gera, Andranik, Murphy, Dempsey, Nevland, Zamora
As much as I like Etuhu, I think Roy may hold him and AJ back till the return leg at the Cottage.
