I`m probably not too far wide of the mark if I were to suggest that Jonathan Greening isn`t everyone`s cup of tea.
Some supporters are puzzled as to why the option to buy him after his season long loan was exercised.
Nevertheless, it is our duty to get behind our players, after all what chances have got if we`re berating our own instead of the opposition?
Midfielder Jonathan Greening is keen to break into the Fulham side and prove he can do a job for his club.
Greening has yet to establish himself in the starting eleven but has spoken to the official site about his intentions if he does, commenting,
‘I am just trying to work hard and wait for my chance to get on the field.’
‘Danny and Dickson have been doing a good job so I’ve just got to be patient.”
‘I’m ready and I’ve got to take my chance so the manager would find it difficult to leave me out.’
Fine sentiments but unless Dickson or Danny get injured I fear Greening will remain nothing more than a bit part player!
