The Cottagers grab all three points in the penultimate fixture of the season and the last at Craven Cottage.

Having taken all three points off of Sunderland, Fulham now head to White Hart Lane, next Sunday, looking for the win that will give them a highest Premier League points accumulation, of 55, whilst also putting an end to Spurs Champions League hopes.

Can they do it?

Well why not!

Yesterday, against Sunderland there were real glimpses that, on our day we can live with anyone and that we have some talent in our side that could play for the bigger-boys.

Clint Dempsey, the target of much media interest, got the scoring underway with only twelve minutes on the clock with a free kick that was simply sublime.

From all of twenty-five yards out , Clint curled a shot passed Mignolet, in the Sunderland goal, that saw Craven Cottage rise to salute the American.

Unfortunately, Sunderland soon got on level terms when, with thirty-four minutes on the clock, Phil Bardsley drilled an equally unstoppable low shot past Mark Schwarzer.

But Fulham`s dismay at seeing the lead evaporate was shot lived, a mere minute which is all it took for Moussa Dembele to run at the Fulham defence and unleash a shot that took a deflection off of Turner to give us the lead back.

As the game progressed, Sunderland, in the seventy-seventy minute, had a glorious chance to equalise again when Campbell when all misty eyed and missed a sitter form eight yards out, by shooting wide.

Three points at Spurs and a best ever points haul, bring it on!
