If I were an younger I`d write to Jim`ll Fix It!

After only one win in seven games we`ve slipped into the bottom three and already it looks as if it could be a long hard fight against relegation.

I may be talking a little out of frustration or I may be speaking the truth, I`m not sure!

In fact when you look at the action today, until Portsmouth scored; it could have gone either way.

A David James save just before half time might well have proved to be the turning point, a turning point that has condemned us to a relegation fight.

Unfortunately, when Benjani and Hreidarsson scored those two goals in two minutes all our old frailties were exposed.

Despite pushing forward for a goal that might have put us back in contention, there was every chance that we`d be caught on the counter attack and beaten even heavier.

Thankfully, there were some positive signs to take away. Bouazza looked particularly lively and Dempsey could, on another day, have scored.

Sadly, questions need to be asked and the boos that accompanied the final whistle were loud enough to almost drown out the cheers of the travelling Pompey faithful.

If Lawrie Sanchez is so willing to praise Joe Kamara why does he rarely start!

Where`s Lee Cook?

But more worryingly where`s our next win coming from?

Derby County are the next team to arrive at Craven Cottage, in two weeks time, anything but a win will be an absolute disaster.
