The Craven Cottage faithful saw Fulham fail to get the victory they hoped for in this Championship encounter with Bristol City taking the three points on offer.

The defeat means that the Fulham faithful who frequent Craven Cottage have witnessed just one win all season, at home.

Fulham had started the first-half well but were dealt two huge blows when Bristol City`s counter attacking football brought two goals.

The first was scored by Bobby Reid ended a counter-attack that was stunning in its execution whilst the second, score by Korey Smith, gave Fulham a mountain to climb in the second half, a challenge they couldn`t rise to.

Matters weren`t helped when, early in the second-half, Aboubakar Kamara was shown a straight red-card for an off-the-ball incident involving Bailey Wright.

Down to ten-men, Fulham could have gone 3-0 down when Bristol City had the ball in the net again but the off-side flag offered Fulham some respite.

The closest Fulham came to scoring was in the first-half when, with the score still at 0-0, Ryan Sessegnon saw his shot hit the cross-bar.

This season is certainly not going to plan, could we be approaching the stage where the future of Slavisa Jokanovic might well come under scrutiny?
