If you`re getting the itch and are missing your live fix of football then why not turn up at Craven Cottage this evening.

Fulham may not be in action but there is some live football with an international fixture between Italy and Nigeria being played.

Kick-off is at 1945 and the opportunity is there to take a look at two countries who will be at the World Cup Finals, in 2014, down in Brazil.

Whilst the Italians may seem favourites on paper, the Italy manager, Cesare Prandelli, reckons his side is in for a hard game, remarking,

‘They have in recent years improved a lot tactically on an individual level. Not a lot collectively, but individually. They have great physical strength. Extraordinary amounts that no one else has. Therefore they are ready to get good results playing football.’

I`m hopeful that the miserable weather will clear up and then we can enjoy an entertaining game.
