One of the several loan players we had at Craven Cottage last season is set to spend another season on loan learning his trade.

Twenty-year-old Seko Fofana made twenty-five appearances whilst on loan with Fulham last season, netting just the once. The Manchester City youngster was an asset to our side but, as you`d imagine, his chances of getting regular first team football at the Etihad Stadium are slim.

Therefore, Fofana will be spending next season out on loan in his native France, spending the season on loan at the French side Bastia.

Last season Bastia finished 12th in La Ligue and here at Vital Fulham we`d like to take this opportunity to wish Seko all the best next season, I always though he performed admirably in what were, at times, trying times last season as that relegation trap-door looked to be drawing us through it at times.
