With the transfer window about to open, Lawrie Sanchez has given an indication as to who he might consider signing.
The first name on the agenda, purely because he is a free agent shortly is the South Korea international, Song Chong-guk.
At twenty-eight the Korean is due to become a free agent when his contract with K-League club Suwon Samsung Bluewings expires.
Reportedly speaking to the Seoul Daily Sports, Sanchez has remarked,
“If he is ready, he will have a trial.”
‘We are thinking about signing a full-back during the winter transfer window and Song Chong-guk could fit the bill.”
‘The faster he has a trial the better, it will be good if he comes to England soon.”
Not a signing we would have anticipated though!
