Everton and Portsmouth appear to be battling it out for Papa Bouba Diop.
According to papers Everton have launched a three million pound bid whilst Portsmouth have made a bid around that similar region.
Hopefully Fulham receive a decent fee for the Senegalese starlet, wishing Papa the best from Vital Fulham.
