Fulham, at Pride Park, continued their fine run of recent form by beating Derby County 2-1.

The win stretches Fulham`s unbeaten record to 13 games with 10 of those having ended in victory.

More importantly, Fulham have shown their pedigree in the last four games, where they`ve taken 10 points out of a possible 12 against fellow promotion candidates in the shape of Wolves (h), Aston Villa (h), Bristol City (a) and Derby (a).

The momentum is well and truly with Slavisa Jokanovic`s side as they head towards the end of the season.

Against Derby County, Fulham got off to the ideal start with Aleksander Mitrovic opening the scoring after just ten minutes when the on-loan striker was on hand to score after some good approach work from Stefan Johansen, the goal was Mitrovic`s third in three games, a more than decent return since joining the club.

The lead was doubled in the twenty-second minute when Ryan Sessegnon got on the score-sheet again. The teenager, in a rich vein of form, netted after a mistake from the Derby defender, Richard Keogh, had allowed Johansen to register another assist.

Fulham could have wrapped the game up before the half-time break but Mitrovic and Floyd Ayite both wasted good chances.

After the break, Derby improved and the home side reduced the arrears when Tom Huddlestone saw his low shot, from eighteen yards out beat Marcus Bettinelli.

Buoyed by the goal, Derby pressed for an equaliser and Fulham had to ride their luck as Cameron Jerome and Richard Keogh both went close with the former seeing his effort graze the post.

Next up for Fulham is a home game against Sheffield United on Tuesday evening.
