One of the accusations that have always been leveled at Dimitar Berbatov relates to his languid, laid-back approach.

If Dimitar was ever to be monitored with regards to distance travelled during a match it`s fair to say that on miles covered he`d never top the statistics, but does that matter?

The accusations relating to the Bulgarian`s work-rate have received short-shrift from Martin Jol with the Dutchman remarking in the media this morning,

“It`s always the same with Berba – if he plays well and we win then everybody`s happy and if not they always point towards him. We`ve got to live with that.”

“But then the 13 goals he`s scored this season have helped us big time.”

They certainly have and surely, at this stage of his career, people know what they`ll get from Dimitar and accept it accordingly!
