Although the official verdict has yet to be announced with regards to our plea to FIFA to allow Daniel Cousin to sign for us, the early indications do not look good.

Reports are today surfacing in several media vehicles that FIFA look set to stand by their rule of not letting a player play for more than two clubs in one season, thereby denying the Gabon born player the chance to further his career in the Premier League.

Perhaps we should just simply accept the fact and move on but then I read, in a leading tabloid, that Sheffield United winger Lee Martin, Bolton defender Gary Cahill and Sunderland defender Phil Bardsley are all on their third club this season!

Just what is going on?
