Originally destined to last until January, Keanu has returned to Craven Cottage having only played once for Dundee United.
Speaking about the ending of his loan spell, the Dundee United boss has remarked,
“Keanu is away back to Fulham.”
“He could not settle up here away from London so we`ve let him go.”
