On Friday evening, Fulham travel up the motorway to take on Derby County in the first-leg of the Championship play-off semi-final.

Here at Vital Fulham, we had hoped that the Cottagers might have achieved automatic promotion.

Sadly, a defeat at Birmingham, on Sunday, quashed those hopes whilst also ending our club record 24-game unbeaten run.

Therefore, for the second consecutive season, we’re faced with the lottery that is the play-offs.

Last season we fell at the semi-final stage, hopefully, we can reach the Wembley final and achieve our dream of regaining that Premier League spot we lost what seems an age ago.

Ahead of the fixture, we are now able to bring you the names of the officials appointed to take charge:

Referee – Roger East

Assistant Referee – Constantine Hatzidakis

Assistant Referee – Adrian Holmes

Fourth Official – Kevin Friend

Roger East has taken charge of 28 games and has issued 92 yellow cards and 3 red cards.

As far as Roger East taking charge of a game involving Fulham, we can find no record of it actually happening.
