Celtic defender, Bobo Balde, is rumoured to be the subject of a bid from Fulham.
Roy Hodgson hopes to land the giant, no-nonsense defender for a fee of £1.5 million with the Sunday People suggesting Fulham`s interest has grown after Bolton Wanderers pulled out of a move for the defender.
Unfortunately, Balde will, if he is signed, then jet off to join Guinea in the African Nations Cup.
Balde is the type of tough customer Fulham need as their defence puts them in trouble so often, a problem Hodgson has identified quickly.
Balde is a long serving player at Parkhead and its being suggested that he`d want a pay-off before leaving the Glasgow club, hopefully this can be sorted out shortly and Fulham can announce the transfer.
