At high noon tomorrow Fulham begin their 2015 / 2016 Championship campaign.

The Craven Cottage support are hoping that this coming season turns out far better than the last where our aims of an immediate return to the Premier League were quashed by a poor start, resulting in a change of manager, followed by a flirtation with the relegation places.

This summer Kit Symons has shuffled his pack and, as is always the case at this time of the year, optimism levels are high.

The fixture computer hasn`t been kind when it comes to our first game. A trek to South Wales for a 12:00 kick-off isn`t something we`d planned upon.

However, we`re looking on the bright side and hoping that we`ll be back in West London for tea-time and celebrating a win in the pub.

But as the first game of the season approaches, what is the situation relating to those who are struggling to make the first ninety minutes?

With regards to Cardiff our hosts have the following all out:-

? David Marshall – suspended
? Bruno Magna – keen injury
? Ben Turner – ankle injury.

Likely to deputise for that trio are Simon Moore, Matt Connelly and Sean Morrison.

With regards to Fulham, the following will be absent:-

? Luke Garbutt – knee injury
? Scott Parker – injured
? George Williams – injured

Adam Taggart, who had a hellish season injury wise last time out, will undergo a fitness test.
