With Fulham having not been engaged in a fixture last weekend, news has been very scarce.
At one stage I could have sworn that. With the sun beaming down on our part of London, the football season had ended and the sound of willow on leather was about to break out. Sadly, I was wrong.
Nevertheless, one of our players, Jimmy Bullard, is probably one of a select few who cannot wait for the summer months to arrive.
Jimmy, who has been laid up with a serious knee ligament injury, is, according to one tabloid, looking to spend the summer months ensuring that he is fit enough to resume first team action come August.
Here`s hoping that whilst England have a successful summer with regards to cricket, our Jimmy achieves his targets and resumes his role in our midfield come August.
