Fulham midfielder Wayne Brown has joined Brentford on a three month loan deal. The 19-year-old will team up with Andy Scott’s side ahead of Brentford’s game against Accrington Stanley on Tuesday evening.

Brown made his First Team debut against Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup last month and has been a crucial member of Billy McKinlay’s Reserve team.

MicKinlay talks about Browns attributes.

“He`s a high energy player who gets about the pitch very well – either off the right or through the middle. He makes really good runs in behind the strikers and is always in and around the box.

“He sees a nice pass and is efficient with his work. His main asset is the goal threat he carries from the middle of the pitch, he gets up and supports the front two well and he`s got an eye for a goal. In and around the box, you would back him to hit that target more often than not.”

Young Browny looks like one for the future and I’m sure will be making more starts for the first team next season.
